SDBI Scholarship Admission Process

Students with strong applications and interview performance can receive up to 50% scholarships (offered to the top 30 candidates)

Step - 1

Registration

Visit bsc.sdbi.in and complete the online pre-admission form with accurate personal and academic details.

Upload:

Recent passport-size photograph
Government-issued ID proof
Available academic transcripts (10th or 11th mark sheet)

Once submitted, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email with your application reference ID.

Step- 2

Letter of Intent & Document Upload

In your dashboard, upload your Letter of Intent (300–500 words) and supporting documents.

Challenges I Overcame to Pursue My Dreams

Upload certificates of academic, sports, or extracurricular achievements, including participation or award documents that highlight your skills and interests. These strengthen your profile and provide valuable context during your interview.

Step - 3

Application Review

The admissions committee evaluates each application based on:

Quality of Letter of Intent
Uploaded achievements and academic profile
Alignment with SDBI’s program vision

Shortlisted candidates are invited for a Personal Interview.

Step - 4

Interview Round

Attend an online or on-campus interview with the SDBI faculty panel.

Evaluation criteria include:

Communication & analytical thinking
Passion for technology & data
Clarity of academic and career goals

This stage serves as the main evaluation step for SYJC students awaiting final results.

Step - 5

Scholarship & Admission Offer

Successful candidates receive:

Official Admission Offer Letter
Scholarship up to 50% on tuition fees

Offers are sent via registered email with next steps for enrollment.

Step - 6

Enrollment Confirmation

Confirm your admission by completing enrollment formalities and paying the initial fee within 10 days of receiving your offer. You’ll receive provisional admission to the B.Sc. (Data Science & Business Analytics) program.

Note on QAT Exam:

If your 12th-grade results are below 75%, you will be invited to appear for the Quantitative Aptitude Test (QAT) followed by a short interview for scholarship consideration.

Provide your authentic email ID and correct phone number. We will use these for all communication, so ensure they are working.
Please ensure all information in the application form matches your educational qualification documents.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please make sure you attach all mandatory documents, including:
- Your photograph (clearly visible).
- A government identification document (clearly visible).
- All relevant mark-sheets (clearly visible).
- Make sure your documents are not password-protected.
