The application form has different sections to help us get to know you. Please fill out all sections thoughtfully and accurately.
Provide your authentic email ID and correct phone number. We will use these for all communication, so ensure they are working.
Please ensure all information in the application form matches your educational qualification documents.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please make sure you attach all mandatory documents, including:
- Your photograph (clearly visible).
- A government identification document (clearly visible).
- All relevant mark-sheets (clearly visible).
- Make sure your documents are not password-protected.

You would be required to upload the following documents to complete your admission process:

Scanned Copy(ies) of Qualification Documents starting from 10th to highest qualification
Scanned Copy(ies) of 10th Std / Diploma / Last Year pursuing Marksheet
Scanned Copy of Valid ID Proof with Photograph issued by Govt.
Scanned Copy of Residence/ Address proof (if different from ID Proof)
Scanned Copy of Disability Certificate (if applicable)
Scanned Copy of Sample of Handwriting (to be referred in examination)
